After school we had our Advisory Commitee meeting which Brooks is a part of. After the meeting was over, we decided to head down to the football game since we were already at school. We played Eastside who is ranked a lot higher than we are. At half time we were winning and I was hoping our team could pull out a win...its always nice for the under dog to win...well, in my opinion anyway. We had to leave at half time b/c I was going to have to wake up really early to run a race the next morning, but I heard that we did end up losing the game but only by three points...pretty awesome if you ask me!
While we were at the game, I got to see one of my mentor teachers and friend, Mrs. Fulbright. I did my student teaching at Franklin County Middle School with her last August-December (she lives in Stephens County). Although I have talked to her since last December, it was nice to see her again and catch up. Don't forget to come see my classroom, or classrooms I should say, Mrs. Fulbright.
